DISCIPLESHIP
At Saint Luke UMC our church leadership is divided into four areas: Nurture, Outreach, Witness, and Worship.
NURTURE
The Nurture ministry team is involved with the hospitality of Saint Luke United Methodist Church. The Nurture team focuses on the "in-house" aspects of the church, helping those who are a part of our congregation by equipping them through love, education, and prayer to go out into the world to make the joyful sound that Jesus loves all.
WITNESS
We want joyful sounds to be heard by all who might enter the doors of Saint Luke. Jesus gave his life for all and it is our act of obedience to lead the world to Him. Witness ministries engage everyone in sharing our faith and love with others to the glory of God!
OUTREACH
Outreach Ministries stands at the crossroad of compassion and human need. While those we serve may not enter Saint Luke’s doors, we seek to reflect God’s radical love and generosity through service opportunities that address poverty, food insecurity, homelessness and disaster response within our community and beyond. “…just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me” (Matthew 25:40b).
WORSHIP
We want God to hear the joyful sounds to be heard by all who enter the doors of Saint Luke. Jesus gave His life for all and we owe Him our praise, love, adoration, and respect. We want everyone to feel welcome as a part of worship at 8:45, 9:00, 11:00 and whenever we gather to the glory of God!
