The goal of the Children’s Ministries at St. Luke is to exemplify the Christian faith in such a way that children may seek to live lives of faith in Jesus Christ, both as children and as they grow into adults. We seek to do this by providing opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship, discipleship and mission action.

On Going Programs:

Sunday School - Age level classes from crib to fifth grade meet at 9:45 a.m. on Sundays. Dedicated teachers and Bible-based curriculum help preschoolers and children build a solid foundation in the Christian faith.

K.O.O.L. Kids (Kids of Our Lord) Program - Each Sunday evening from 5:45 -7:30 p.m., children in Grades K-5 gather in small circles of friends and have a meal together, then gather for music and have fun in games, crafts, and Bible Exploration. Kids love K.O.O.L. Kids because there's laughter, fun, and the chance to discover the best friend any of us will have throughout our lives - Jesus Christ.

Vacation Bible School - Usually held the 2nd or 3rd week of June for children 4 years through 5th grade.

Children’s Worship - Every Sunday for Kindergarten through second grade, children gather after the 2nd hymn to learn about and engage in worship at their level.

Special Events - Fall and Spring Series, Advent, Easter, Pentecost celebrations and summer activities.
